- Payment menthod, conditions and pricing can be customised by customers.
- Quick & easy data input.
- During input, it’s possible to filter on type of goods.
- Customer discounts can be set up separately.
- The invoices can be kept indefinitely on your PDA.
- The previous invoices can be retrieved, filtered and viewed.
- The invoices can be cancelled.

Delivery notes
- Making a delivery note is similar to invoicing.
- You can easyly set up an invoice from your previous delivery note.
- Delivery notes can be cancelled.

Queries
- Reports on revenues in a given time frame by payment method.
- Turnover can be queried aggregated or by invoices.

Inventory management
- All invoices and delivery notes will change the inventory in the system.
- Receipt of goods to own warehouse.
- Disposal of inventory.
- Queries on hanges of inventory.
- Tracking of actual inventory by tipe of goods.

Admin background
All user can get it’s own account on our server, where the invoices, the customer data, the inventory and the queries. All You need is a web browser. All uploaded data and reports can be saved.
